Level 3 Management of HACCP Training (On-Line)

The aim of this course is to provide head chefs, supervisors and managers with a better understanding of the requirements of Level 3 Food Safety Skills for Management as set out by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland.

Duration of the course is approx: 4-5 hours.
